Just that camera lingered on the scene their lips touched with no music and to some it seemed intimated. I mean if it was guyxgirl shipperfags would still react kinda similar and even say "canon". I think fujos or whatnot being super excited about scenes like this one, can be annoying and make you have high expectations. Personally, I just took everything as they came: Didn't fantasize any actual kiss, just CPR fanservice. But yes, I do agree that nips are always just having fun and creating content without dramatizing things. But that's also probably related to culture since Westerners want more "representation" than just enjoying things as they come.
