Watch order: NGE episodes 1-26 (Make sure you're watching the Director's Cut versions for episodes 20-24)
Then you can go on to the movie End of Evangelion. Death and Rebirth is just a recap for fans who have already watched the show.\
If you still want more Eva after all this, you can move onto the Rebuild moves - there's currently three that have been released and the final one is set for next year. But don't expect much, it's inferior to NGE/EoE in every single way.
