>>3492566>Not a big fan of Meg/Megstiel too, but at least she's better than Ruby.
I guess I were to rank villainous female characters who sort of join the team I'd have to go Rowena > Meg > Ruby, although I don't dislike any of them outright. I actually sort of preferred Ruby's first actress. Nothing against Gen as a person, but I never felt like she had much charisma on-screen. Her line delivery always seemed kind of stiff. OG Ruby was wittier and had more sass.>we had almost no updates or news about Cas until Kevin was introduced
As I understand it, Castiel getting consumed by leviathans was supposed to be his permanent death from the series, and bringing him back as Emanuel was a retcon to stem fan backlash. That would explain why he had so little do do for the rest of the season. Bobby wasn't so lucky. I don't know why Gamble was so bloodthirsty, but apparently she had a hard on for killing off fan favorite supporting cast members. S7 was a dark time.>what were the writers thinking. what the fuck was that
I mean, to be fair, Cas did deceive and betray him, ignored Dean when he was literally begging with him to see reason (by his own account because he was too proud to admit fault), more-or-less rejected Dean's acceptance of him as "family", intentionally put Sam's life in danger by doing irreversible damage just to keep Dean distracted, unleashed an ancient evil onto the world that they had no way of stopping, disappeared for months making them all think he was dead, and on top of that was repeatedly refusing to answer Dean's very simple questions or take any further responsibility for his actions. He had few reasons to be upset. It still was an overly cruel thing to say, especially considering the fact that the reason he was "broken" was because he tried to fix some of the damage he caused by helping Sam. Damage that Dean shared blame for in a way, since the wall in Sam's head would have broken with or without Cas' interference.
