Top/bottom scars, phalloplasty, sex toys, references to testosterone shots, "t-dick" and shit like that. That's the stuff made by actual trannies.
The other art and fic where it's just the male character with a cunt is made pretty much exclusively by het fujos. It started with cuntboy fetish from Asian artists/writers and it's different because they almost never reference why the character has a cunt. He just does. There's no reference to gender transition in the fic. You can tell the cuntboy stuff is not made by the same trannies both because the say so and also because the actual trannies get mad that they're called cuntboys.
