The P2 duology are the only core games featuring adults in the party (including some working adults and college-age returnees from P1), and 3 is the only game with a younger playable character (5th grader Ken, who is introduced early on right before his 11th birthday in June). So far, no middle schoolers have been featured as playable characters. and the oldest party members has been 32 in P2: Eternal Punishment (unless you extend this to the spin-off/sequel of P5, Persona 5 Strikers, which has a cop in his 40s join the party).
