See how hard the interest for s1.5 has already dropped off compared to s1, just because it was mainly side stories.
Besides that I think that essential lore content like the past of the shadow clan or the gods is endgame content that is deliberately hidden from us for twist reasons. I am very interested in Bo, but I think or hope that he will become relevant near the end of the current arc instead. Think the chance of them making a movie about him is practically 0.
WIT does make an original SxF movie, but it's about the main characters which are kind of the whole selling point of that series. And it's a series that is partially episodic anyway. My bet is that they are gonna animate the Kuhya part for OR, since they are eager to animate the second part but want to strike while the iron is still hot. This is why Oyab's part was teased at the very end of s1.5.
