Not sure about the element/weapon but Anemo is a great element, if he plays too similarly to Heizou it's kind of a shame but at the same time Heizou is one of the most fun characters in the game. Either way I think it will turn out ok, if he was an electro dps he'd surely have ended up mediocre like Cyno
