In terms of gameplay you have to manage finances, resources, assign jobs for slaves, keep an eye on health, mood and discipline of both orcs and elven guards, and brainwash/indoctrinate orcs with various methods from body-altering potions and hypnosis spells to torture and religious education.
But the scope of this is quite big, it will take a long time to make on top of that making games is hard.
