If they'd just let solo units use duo unit assets as skins it would be fine desu. But it's also that they refuse to separate the characters any more, which hurts Vane far more than Lancelot.
I'd imagine a lot more people use Lancelot or Vane solo units (Lancelot at least) far more than LanVane, too.
And while I do agree other male units are better candidates for summer versions, there's no way Dragon Knights don't all get summer versions.

One thing I don't like about using their new unit's art as an outfit for their SSR unit is that it still shows the SSR's art when you check the stats page.
Really wish they'd change how that works so you don't have to pull up the original unit to see the full version of the summer art.
It'd be especially good for when you're visting someone's profile and want to see the art of an outfit one of their party units has on

Maybe I am wrong but I remember the anons reporting about the movie back on /a/, never said they made out or anything explicit. Just that camera lingered on the scene their lips touched with no music and to some it seemed intimated. I mean if it was guyxgirl shipperfags would still react kinda similar and even say "canon". I think fujos or whatnot being super excited about scenes like this one, can be annoying and make you have high expectations. Personally, I just took everything as they came: Didn't fantasize any actual kiss, just CPR fanservice. But yes, I do agree that nips are always just having fun and creating content without dramatizing things. But that's also probably related to culture since Westerners want more "representation" than just enjoying things as they come.

And that someone had not watched the movie yet so you can imagine.
I think the problem with the western side of the fandom is that most of us got into this backwards.
Instead of falling in love with the movie itself we fell in love with the fanworks. And I can see how that mixed with the blind hype can be enough to cloud someone's perception of what the movie actually is about.
