for myself, though I know this will be twisted into a bitter rant because it's 4chan and I didn't boil it down to an hilarious ironic greentext but in my heart I have made peace with never having children at all, it doesn't even bother me anymore, I'm just not cut out for it in so many ways and I'm a genetic dead end in literally every way that mattes so I will do humanity a favor and leave my legacy if any in other ways.
