It's...probably doable, yeah. It is however the Majikoiverse equivalent of beating Fedor Emelianenko in his prime as, well, a highschooler. If Fedor Emelianenko went to your highschool. And could backhand the planet away.
Er, back on topic-I guess the question then becomes-how willing are you to dip into drawbacks? Not very I'd imagine if you're only looking to make it on in-jump stuff. There are like 4 people in the story who rival Momoyo in sheer, raw powerlevel, 2 are on the wane beacuse of being super old.
Out of those, the easiest to build is probably Haou, one of the Kuki Corp's chinese warlord cute girl clones. She managed to smack Momoyo over the horizon, athough it did superficial damange at best Ageha (a girl who kept pace with Momoyo until she stopped training to focus on CEO heiress stuff) said it could've been an even fight if Momoyo was paying attention. She would be Bushido Babe, definitely Scaled the Wall and Fifth Heavenly Jumper: Power, I think. If you're willing to take drawbacks practically anything from that perkline would be a good buff, although either the class F/S capstones would seal the deal.
The thing about Momoyo is even though she's insanely talented, the lack of challengers means she's /sloppy/ with her overwhelming supremacy. She tries not to get cocky, but...it's hard NOT to get cocky when countries treat you as a natural disaster. Haou actually had a worse case of the too-much-brute-strength than her in her storyline, so once you have her level of strength knuckling down to train will work wonders.>>64855647
A grisly tool with a poor reputation often rightfully earned, but not without it's uses. Which is why my preference is to make any I study run off holy magic, so skeletons get buffed into gold-plated Ghost Riders and ghosts turn all glowey and buff like the Oathbreakers in Return of the King.
Also, a lot of the conundrums are bypassed when you use it on plants instead of meatbags.
