I'm pretty sure that one's an old version; this one has the adventurer purchases.
In any case, my "personal" build would be something like >Beastman (Fox)>Multiclass: Charmer/Monk 4>Rucksack of Carrying (Free)>Copy Scrolls 0>Heart Magic (Free)
Monk and Charmer synergize surprisingly well, with Monk retaining its full combat capabilities with an additional evasiveness boost on top. However, sixteen points is absurdly expensive, with the added flaw that there's not a whole ton to spend that extra 4 points on - mediocre items, the cheapest Resistances, and some very specific "noncombat" powers.
Therefore, unless I could bend the rules to make more stuff fit, I'd either swap to the fairy race and focus exclusively on being a slime-friend or nix the multiclassing with a build like>Demon 15
Decent for my purposes. Goblin would also be a very solid pick, but is a bit ugly and doesn't say whether unlocking goblin minions actually does stuff.>Monk 9
It doesn't synergize quite as well in this build, but I assume it'd be easier to pick up Charmer as a multiclass later somehow, what with it costing fewer points. I could be convinced to swap later and start with MAXIMUM CHARISMA, though.>Rucksack of Carrying (Free)
It's my default free pick.>Jumbo Gumbo 4
Boosts STR a bit, but mostly because I'm much less likely to be able to find any of the consumables later on. Also, if I were being cheeky I could say Demon lets me blend in with human crowds anyway.>Law (Free)
I... guess it could come in handy?>Antimagic 0
Lets me counteract any similarly leveled Dungeon Meister's magic. The main reason I'm dropping Charmer.
Also, important to note is that I could potentially grow a lot faster than Meister demons, as my power is based on how many dungeons I beat.
