My daddy is the god of civilization. In Neburret Usekht, orbiting a cold white sun-eye which is his soul and that sees all, he reigns from a palace which is also his soul. All the sector governors, high ministers, and arch-priests attend him, and his words become law for the entire universe. It's thanks to him that mortals have all the nice things they do, like houses and teleporters and police and immortality engines and holy books of wisdom. And he works all the time to give them even more!
My mommy is the goddess of war. She's one of daddy's wives. (I hope that when I grow up I'm as lucky as daddy and have lots of husbands to love!) All the soldiers and ships in daddy's army are under her command, and she keeps all her fighters' souls safe so that they can rise again no matter how many times they die. She's the coolest!
Daddy told me that there are lots of multiverses out there that he doesn't rule. They're sad, sad places, full of suffering and mean people that make it even worse. And there's so many of them, that even if daddy abandoned the empire and sent all 15 of his bodies out to evangelize to them, it would be a long time before he got done. Daddy gets so sad when he talks about it that he weeps tears of platinum of infinite compassion and the wind itself tries to comfort him by carrying the tears away into golden basins for use by the court wizards. That's why we need mommy's army and the Saints of Boundless Radiance and the Devourer Hordes and all the rest, so that we can conquer those places and make them happy. And that's why I want to be just like mommy! I want to beat up all those bad people and take them back to daddy's prison soul, so that he can fix them and make them good and happy. That's why I want to be a hero when I grow up, because I was so lucky to be born as the princess of the omniverse and I need to make everyone else's lives as great as mine is!
