At least 30 years. We don't have anything near functional. In very costly lab experiments we can make very small scale versions but the 'scaffold' for cells is hard to get right. We wouldn't know how to do that in vitro. Say we get there in the next 10 years you then have trials and for something like this they would have to be observed for years for safety.

Absolute trash. These infographs always do the same garbage, most of it is absolute fantasy but with one or two unbelievably boring already accomplished items, totally disparate to the rest, thrown in just in defence.

Except, the stuff predicted for the 2020s is already nearly here, or on the verge of being. Like stem-cell, 3D-printed drugs; bionic limbs, in-body sensors; app-driven diagnostics and even robotic assisted surgery.
