It's not hard. First remove all fractions by splitting the terms like
$\left(m^2 - \frac{1}{n^2} \right)^m = \left(m^2 n^2 - 1 \right)^m n^{-2m}$
After splitting all you should be left with
$\left(m^2 n^2 - 1 \right)^{m-n} \left(m n - 1 \right)^{n-m} \left(m n + 1 \right)^{n-m} m^{m+n} n^{-m-n}$
Now if you multiply the second term with the third to get
$\left(m n - 1 \right)^{n-m} \left(m n + 1 \right)^{n-m} = \left(m^2 n^2 - 1 \right)^{n-m}$
which cancels away with the first term.

In the end you're left with
$m^{m+n} n^{-m-n} = \left( \frac{m}{n} \right)^{m+n}$

handwriting looks like what someone who has done a lot of math. symbols are distinct enough to not get confused but no time is wasted in frilly shit. Why not show what your handwriting looks like?
