Any good resources of Electromagnetic Wave and Field theory (with vectors)? I have an exam tomorrow and will probably fail. Looking to withdraw and study diligently.

I know of Purcell and Griffiths and read their works. MIT OCW as well but their quizzes have no solutions so it's a bit taxing.
