Its not very strange. Fewere people are going to concieve in fucking januari and february due to it being cold and less resources. Which explains why serial killers are born in november they are conieved while the mother is fat

There have been some similar studies showing that mothers that smoke while pregnant, whil have children who are thrice as likely to have trouble with law and in school, if they were drinking, twice as likely. There were some other reasons.

Which merely uses November 6th as a marker, a date picked at random. As you can see from the chart from that pdf, January has the highest number, November has the 2nd highest. Yet, neither one constitutes "most". Even if you added both together you'd not out weight all the other months added together.
