>>10440755You might be going about it the wrong way. Math is really just about memorizing rules, the more rules you can memorize, the easier it is to preform tasks in your brain. Try to boil the problem down as much as you can, and if there's parts you don't fully understand, go and read up on them and practise until you get them. Being good at math is not neccessarily about being smart, it's about practice and patience.
First and foremost, it is important to leave yourself some space to breathe. Learning takes time, and rome wasn't build in a day. Start from the basics, search up some videos on youtube; Mathologer and 3blue1brown and excellent channels for breaking down complex math. Read up on Wikipedia. Search up what you find difficult. Anyone can be good at math if they just give it the time and attention it needs to grow, like a flower.
