>>13289535>>13289578>>13289609You see, it's one thing to know that 6x5=30.
>https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiplication_tableHowever, if you apply that formula when someone asks you how many bananas are in 10 baskets containing one banana each, then mastery of 6x5 means little. Are you able to determine that 10x1=10 is the correct formula for answering the question? You are not, obviously. However, this is the kind of expertise appearing on the horizontal axis of your ironic graph. It's due to your high Dunning-Kruger score (~Trump) that you think you're brilliant for knowing 6x5, but true mastery of mathematics requires you to know that 6x5 is not directly relevant when someone asks, "How many bananas in 10 baskets, each containing one banana?"
Your computation didn't answer the question about the odds of getting five of the same color in a row might be so much less than four. That's the equivalent of using 6x5 to solve the 10 banana problem. You have produced numbers (and linked to a Wiki!), but what do they mean? Does that Wiki contain a relevant formula? Due to your high DK score, you didn't think to check if that Wiki was relevant. If you had taken even a moment not precluded by you undue overconfidence, you would have seen the irrelevance.
>>13289972I don't think I made myself look like a hypocritical moron by pasting that in the wrong tab. If I had posted some meme pic saying, "HURRR DURRR, I POSTED INTO THE WRONG TAB LIKE AN ASS MONKEY," then it would be kind of similar. Even then, it would still be rather different because mine didn't contain the obvious kindergarten-tier technical blunder assigning a non-zero probability that there might be zero cards in a row of one color or the other in a 52 card deck of red and black cards. This guy is so high on the DK spectrum, he thinks he doesn't even need to check his work. His answer was basically like computing a speed with an answer given in kilograms... and he also put the DK meme, which I enjoy
