Where do you guys usually find commissions?

I'm a good artist I'd say with experience in 2D cartoon art/anime and I have a small audience of 8000 on IG. I worked on some Manga before too.
Went on workshops with Kim Jung Gi and constantly try to push it.

What I'm struggling with is to make an income as a self employed artist and I really need the money.
I sometimes contact people on "Searching for Artist xy" groups and get commissions that way but there has to be a way to get them constantly rolling in?
