You see ok at drawing stuff by eyecopying refference (got past symbol drawing stage , you will still need refference so you see how stuff looks like but now you can actually do more than just copy it.)
Here is the second step:
Read this book , litterally read this book. Do the exercises so you get the ideas in your head.

Now if all goes well you should know the basics of perspective ,which means you can now place objects in 3d space using your imagination.
Noice , but as of now you can place only cubes , cones , spheres and stuff like that , now how do i make more complex shapes. You use construction , you construct the complex shapes out of simple shapes. (pic rel)
Construction should not be a difficult concept to grasp and i imagine there are plenty of YT tutorials outthere.
Third step:
Learn how to construct the human body
Fourth step:
Learn anatomy , stuff like muscles , fat , etc.
