>>5409842Watercolors finally arrived! (it was a few days late, I have the worst luck with shipping) These are my thoughts about them as of now
>Burnt Siennacame out of the tube very creamy, almost like peanut butter. I was surprised at how transparent it was. Seems to have some granulation that I
didn't expect but it's nice.
>Dioxazine Purplethis is my second favorite paint of the ones I purchased. smooth and easy to work with. makes lovely browns when mixed with the Red Orange.
>Hansa Yellow Deepmy personal favorite. I don't think it shows up in my scan but in person it almost a kind of peachy hue. absolutely wonderful color.
>Red Orangesecond only to the chines white in opacity. mixes well. if you're into fluorescent colors I'd might recommend this to you.
>Chinese WhiteI tinted the paper so it'd be easier to see, but that might not have been necessary. even though it's a chinese white it's still very opaque. took the of all the paints to dry.
overall I'm pretty happy, I'm look forward to breaking them in a bit with a few mixing charts if anyone would be interested in seeing those
