To get better at drawing just draw every day and do what the other anons are saying. Another way to improve is to study artists you like, so if you don't really care about drawing well and just want to make short little comic strips you should find some artists who are doing the same thing in a similar style. A lot of those webcomic artists who do 4 panel jokes aren't that good at drawing but they can get their joke across so it doesn't really matter how good/bad the drawings are. Compare what you're currently doing with what they're doing and see how you can improve. Studying design in general could also help you make more appealing layouts and panels with limited drawing ability. For example, increasing the contrast could help make it pop a bit more without changing the drawings. You could get a sharpie and fill in large areas with black like the guy's shirt or the kissing booth and ink over your lines with a pen to make them stand out.
