I want to draw manga/comics like style and I have a question
Does learning the realistic of everything is really worth it
Or I have just to learn the basics and the manga related books and apply them to your style is the best way

Yes its worth it. Yes you have to actually put in hard work and effort to make good art, not to mention manga or comics. No, there is no shortcut or easy way out. Yes, taking what you see as a shortcut will bite you in the ass and waste your time.

Just don’t be retarded. You don’t need to become a master of drawing extremely complicated machinery and environments in perspective to be able to draw cartoons, but if you can do the complex you can do anything. If you just draw straight cartoons you will stagnate badly and forever desire drawings things you can’t quite put into paper. If you aim higher you will massively broaden your options and abilities

It's worth it. The reality is you can learn whatever you want, however you want - most of the artists you see on Twitter nowadays more than likely did not learn by explicitly dedicating time to sitting down and doing perspective studies. Many likely learned by imitation, repetition, and using lots of reference. You can do it the same way if you want and just learn "blindly" as you go, drawing whatever you want and using reference for the things you can't draw - but these classes and the talk of "Loomis" by everyone here is about encouraging you to take risks and work smart. Working smart by learning and studying more complex forms so you can achieve whatever style you want will help you tremendously in the long run and allow you to improve at a faster rate. Study fundamentals and you can effectively do anything.

I think to get to a high level it definitely is worth it, but to get to a decent level in what you actually want to do it won't help much at all (at first).
Basicly you can get from A to B with learning manga stuff on it's own and will be stuck at A if you go for the fundie meme. But at B you get the bad ending unless you triggered the fundie flag at some point to get to point C.

Do you want to fight with it all the time? Do you want to struggle with why something just doesn't look "right" but you can't figure it out without help? Do you want to do the same angles over and over because having a character look up seems impossible? Do you want to get a lot of "Looks good! The neck looks a little long tho..." kind of comments?

If so, you don't have to learn structure. If you don't want to learn structure, you don't have to draw any cubes. You might even get pretty good, but if you want to be great or employable you need to have fundies.

Ok. Posted this yesterday in the Tower Girls thread but it's relevant here. I've done a few, they take about an hour and I do them in the morning before work.

This is an entirely invented pose, gesture > construction > drawing with no reference. While it's not particularly detailed, just about every part of the body is foreshortened to some extent, which becomes somewhat easy if you learn to draw boxes and cylinders in perspective.

oh i'm too shit and embarrassed of my work sorry, i'm just regurgitating what everyone else says and hoping if i keep repeating optimistic things like "it's worth" i can maintain my own drive to learn as well. i don't honestly know if it's worth from firsthand experience, i can only have faith in myself to see everything through

Framing it as needing 'permission' so fucking disingenuous. Yes, having a good grasping of design and form will improve your art a hundred fold, no you have to study like a civil engineer (or a doctor for that matter) before working stylization. For the abillion, learning both simultaneously is the best way to approach art because you're actually applying what you are studying and anyone here telling you that there's hard line prerequisites before attempting X subject matter should be given nothing more than cautionary consideration.
