i've had this oc living in my head rent free for years but whenever i try to draw him he never comes out right and it really stresses me out. anyone else have this problem?

one thing I've realized that if you don't draw your OC multiple times, you wont get that image near to what it looks like in your head.
The OC I have tends to not look like anything I wanted to when I first drew them compared to now.

I call him Fizz. He's a tiny little demon and part of a factory that sends caffiene to people when they drink soda a la a big button to get them addicted. His best friend is much taller and pink/red named Burp and their boss is a money hungry old man named Pop. They're "caffiends"

you know something, this works. The shapes are pretty good, mostly the silhouettes. Though, not srue I would know thats the emotion they were going for at first glance, especially if it wasn't fort he file name.
