Hey, guys. I want to make a dating sim game. Since I have no talent whatsoever, I am inclined to pay people to make my project done.

I have no experience in this area of work, i simply have an idea. Any tips to help an anon? Where should I start to recruit people to draw me? I visited a few sites but it seems to be designed for companies, instead of individuals.
