>Actually take frequent breaks. Work in short spurts of 1.5-3 hours, not 4+
>Don't trash shit ideas completely, try to make them work instead by starting over and doing what worked and changing what didn't

A year back I started showing art to someone at least once every 2-3 days regardless of how good or bad it is, posting it here or just casually showing friends/family. Critique or a "nice! thats amazing anon!" are all fine, I just wanted to grow comfortable with showing and discussing the stuff I make
