For the western examples, again they are mostly just generic concept art that is taught in top american schools and good to learn but not memorable. Amundsen is an exception but his style is memorable just because it's so intentionally ugly in the caricature choices. Feng Zhu is a great teacher but really not appealing outside of concept that an art director looks at or the technical knowledge.
Your list is a definitive style of our generation for concept art from east and west.
But none of them have a strong individual voice and lasting appeal like frazetta, who was probably overrated and copied to death but never copied as well as he himself could do it.
