A career is a very long time so don't focus on the end. Focus on the immediate, what you can change in the near future, and the course you can steer yourself on for where you think you want to be on the long term.
You don't know what "good" is, you haven't quantified "good", you don't know what you actually want. Specify what an actual achievable success means and work towards that goal, not things auxiliary to it. Pick something specific and work toward it. There's not going to be a day where you say to yourself, "OK, I'm good now".
