I am working on super Mario NTR pixel animation. I have a hard time trying to figure out how to give mario a needle dick but make it visible.

The more I work it, the more I feel like I should just drop the small pixel stuff and make it bigger. Damn. Any pointers guys?

I think I "improved" Mario, made the face rounder, added some purple from the nipples to make it looks less stale.

Your shading is all kinds of messed up. You've got peach using Capcom legs (that's poison, right?) and a snk torso. You've got Mario and Wario mimicking the snk style shading, but the lighting is all over the place. Go for the Capcom style, it's less messy and easier to understand. I would also limit the skin tone to four colors - five at the most.

As for the dick, make the distant leg one shade darker like it is for peach's leg. Add some of the lightest color to the scrotum and clean up the outlinework. Then you'll have instant contrast.
