It's like a cintiq, but you have to tap the screen in order to do anything. So imagine painting with zero hotkeys.

It would be like a barebones ipad with more focus on mirroring your desktop.
They can sell it for $300-400 and it will blow everyone else out the water.

This, literally cut back on all the machine power, put better coding on the mirroring software to decrease the delay as much as possible, give it enough ram to have 4 layers on procreate, and give it 13 inches.

They could probably make it cost less than 700 bucks and still pocket their usual profits.

nah dude there would be no point in getting that over any other ipad
make it a true 18-22 inch plug in tab, apple pencil comes with it, do everything you said, and they could easily sell it for a $1000 even if its just a plug in
though $500 would actually be the fair price
