1. make a good sketch for the drawing, it has to look good in the thumbnail
2. make a good lineart or color or whatever you need to finish it, it has to look good when you click the post to look closer
3. take a good photograph of your drawing/make sure it has good composition
4. have other good enough drawings in your profile
5. This might work a little if you don't pay, but if you pay, it works a whole lot better. Your posts are almost invisible if you don't have much followers. So all these steps are almost useless if you don't pay anyway. Yeah, I know, it sucks, but that's how it works now because of so much competition nowadays.
6. Post at the right moments. Post good drawings frequently.
