Check out ‘the One Thing’ by Gary Keller (get the audiobook and listen to it while doing mindless tasks like dishes or whatever).
It can sound kinda fluffy at times but basically it’s about shifting your mindset to figuring out what you should be doing at any given moment to further your goals in any areas in your life and questions to ask yourself to give a reality check and prioritize. As an adhd person it’s very helpful.
Also you should look into getting some blood work done to check vitamin levels if you don’t see sunlight much.
Stoicism is a useful philosophy to learn to to stop wallowing in self pity or depression or anxiety (or existential crisis) if those are things you struggle with.
Literally was in your exact same boat a few years ago + panic disorder and I know a lot of people on this board live similar lives. Start with tiny steps to fix your health to a point that you can get some kind of job as a dishwasher or whatever so you have to leave the house (don’t get a job that starts at noon or later though. I went from going to sleep at 7am to needing to be at work at 6am and it was hell but it helped me get control of my sleep schedule.)
Don’t trick yourself into thinking you can’t get a job cause you’ll lose time drawing. Now that I’m on a schedule, even though I work full time, I draw way more than I did when I was super fucked up. I didn’t gain more discipline, I just gained a routine and some health.
