I intend to buy a Kamvas pro 16 but just realized that my laptop is too shitty to properly work with the device so, what are the minimal requirements a new PC should have to be able to use the Kamvas And Krita for digital drawing?

I'm a poor fag, my budget for the PC will be of 400 bucks
