I'm not trying to be an ass, there is a lot here you need to work on, there's nothing wrong with making stick figures with proper flow and movement before getting into more detailed areas. Relearn what you know, don't move to the next thing until the foundation is solid, you need to build yourself, prettying up a lump will only get you so far, in the end, your basic form flaws will always stand out more the more detailed you go.
