Do people like OP only draw stylized like on the left because they can't draw this pseudo-realistic boring stuff like on the right?
Sure, left looks amateur, but it looks like the artist has a voice, an aesthetic sense wanting to come out.
Once the technique gets developed, all that "opinion" the artist seems to have about beauty goes away, so I'm left to think they either betray their original self or that I was a fool for believing they had something within in the start of it all.
