Pick one of the other sources if you don't like or get it the first time.
Do any examples shown and then draw your bedroom from different angles in perspective or your house or anything. Then draw your ideal bedroom in perspective. Then you can draw environments from imagination.
Then pick a figure drawing book/video series* and it will inevitably tell you how to draw figures as boxes. You then combine your knowledge of perspective and figures to draw figures from imagination.
