It's gonna sound cliche but you have to think about it logically. You can't change the past, so just worry about the future. If you spent all of your time from this moment on never wasting any time at all, always doing your absolute best to reach your goals, isn't that the best you can do? If you did that, wouldn't you feel pretty great at the end, no matter what else happened? Because you did the best you could have done, you couldn't have asked for more. But the hard part is actually doing that.
