Literally all you need to do is change your mindset which is really fucking easy in my opinion. Instead of comparing yourself to the greats, just go at your own fucking pace. Instead of RREEEing because you imagine the perfect anime girl in your head and can't draw it on the page, start fucking simple and imagine just an individual arm, or a leg, then look up references for that and draw it, then, after drawing it from reference a couple of times, imagine it in your head and draw that, then compare that drawing to what you were referencing from, if it isn't perfect, don't freak out, just fucking establish what you did wrong and do it again keeping in mind what mistakes you made previously.
The key here is to just come to grips with and understand that you won't do it perfectly the first time. Here's another thing to consider:
