I believe the job of an artist is to show something more beatyful than reality, since anything real can be done by a photogapher cheaper, faster and better.
And when trying to showcase aeshtetics of female body I often find myself constraind by the real possibilities of the body.
To show ass, pussy, face, tits, midriff, back, neck, and feet all in one picture is the ultimate challenge the artists were facing since renessance, it's a the artistic holy grail the finest artists are aspiring to achieve, somebody capable of that will undoubtedly recieve the nobel prize for artistry and geometry as well.
And I personally often find myself constrained by reality.

Perhaps the answer really is to bend the rules and spines. Human hands are aesthetic amd women have pretty fingers, so why have just 5? More fingers = more aesthetics.
Seriosly the viewers don't have the knowledge and perception to call fucked anatomy or slightly off perstective or unrealistic lighting, they just say WOW PRETTY.
And maybe doing just that is the right choice. If we're drawing fantasy women more beatiful, stronger and more intelligent than the real ones, why not make them more flexible and give them 6 6 fingers? Maybe even 3 tits!
BTW the girl in the picture is a literal frog , so bending out of human bounds isn't even out of her character..
