What I'd really recommend however is taking to learn anatomy, from anatomy from sculptors or an anatomy book..
Use a site or tool that lets you rotate models like
https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/anna-v2-1395ade2573f44789c60f183b1b9b7f1that has a lot of things, to get a feel for 3D and help you fix your own work.
And to imitate artists. Trace and copy them in intervals so you get a feel for it and write notes about what you learnt from it and incorporate that into your own work.
In the end I think it's just mileage and actively trying to improve though..
