>>99907029I don't think Allison accepting her Ambition was her accepting her identity, but rather, it was her deciding who she was going to be.
She was a weak, cowardly, sniveling valley-girl wannabe who was too scared to take action.
Incubus' gift turned her into a cruel, amoral, ambitious bitch.
Allison, in her mindscape, decided that she was not going to be either of those things; she was going to become ambitious, while at the same time retaining all the other parts of her that made her, her, in her mind.
This is because, at her core, she's not a sniveling coward. She's not a cruel, ambitious bitch at her core. She's nothing at her core, and is instead the sum total of her life, with parts fed and parts starved as she (probably unconsciously) willed; Incubus' gift allowed her to consciously (and rather literally) reshape her mind, and in the process, cut away the flaw of being afraid of being ambitious, the flaw of thinking that ambition is exclusive from morality.
