I mean, aside from the obvious two being Bill Everett and Steve Ditko, you had Dick Ayers, Carl Burgos, Gene Colan, Don Heck, Bob Powell....All of which were better in regards to their ability to control scale and perspective, properly portray anatomy, and their visceral portrayal of action.
His best works, I could say are memorable. His worst are too numerous to count. Reading his run on Black Panther almost makes me cringe.
