Anyone genuinely important goes through so much insane bullshit that they honestly stop feeling like a character, if that makes any sense. So many mood swings, so many shifts, so many absurd acts of high drama that it's genuinely hard to relate. I think that history of insanity is part of the appeal of comics, but at the same time, it's what makes C-listers like Tasky appealing, I think. They don't have that problem as much. They're just dudes, it's easier to empathize.
