We're all aware of the campy, insane hilarity that was the original DOOM comic one-shot, but would an ongoing work now because of the newly established backstory? Given all the newly unveiled lore they put into DOOM 2016, would a more serious comic work? Perhaps, story arcs may revolve around Doomguy taking down some named demon, or otherwise cementing his place as the most feared motherfucker in Hell.
