Wrong. A genius can use his full potential under autocracy, but in democracy his talent is stifled and blocked by the greed of others. Democracy can be bought and paid for, and isn't so righteous as you claim. Hell, the people elected Hitler. All democracies are lukewarm, never taking one side or the other. Because of this, solutions are only half assed, and no one leaves happy. It's weakness. Compromise doesn't require democracy to work.
