I like her, truth be told. MCU Widow is as boring as it gets, but I find 616 Widow, when properly written, rather interesting. The mistake most writers make, is have her be this no-nonsense, dry and jerkass cunt, with nothing beneath that. She’s at her best when she has an underlying compassion and longing for a normal life, instead of being a caricature.

At the same time, I think she could headline a solo book, but the MU has gotten so intertwined, that such B-Listers could benefit more from being in a team book, or supporting characters in an A-Lister’s title (say, Cap or Iron Man).
