>>98715239Not OP, but I would've gone with the thematic opposite to that of the first film. If the events of first film deals with superheroes hiding and eventually being accepted into society again, the sequel would play events in such way that civil society would basically start saying "Oh, wait... I think I remember now why we banned supers in the first place."
Maybe add in a villain who's goal is to get heroes to become illegal again so he and his cronies can go back to ruling the world from the shadows, implying that the first ban was also the work of supervillains with political influence/partnership.
