The most important thing, and I know you probably hear this a lot, is to be yourself. Think about it, if you try your hardest to impress a woman, you have to keep it up otherwise they will find out you just did what it took to get her attention, but sooner or later, she'll leave you, because you weren't being yourself.
Which means, you must do things for yourself before you can do anything for anyone else.
There's also no harm in crushing on one woman, but never set your heart on her alone, there's plenty of fish in the sea, and as the old saying goes, you too have to kiss her to see if she's a frog too.
