Was the 90's objectively a better time to be WORKING in the animation industry?
>Longer storyboard deadlines (Before it was four weeks per 11 minute episodes, now it's two)
>Higher budgets on average
>More networks were producing and airing animation at the time than just Nick, CN, and Disney
>Action cartoons were profitable
>Animation quality was generally higher
>Networks like Nickelodeon and CN were looking for new and exciting things, as opposed to the "next Spongebob" like Nick is doing now
